Conducting an Effective BIA
Planning a BIA project and preparing for annual initiatives should include reviewing updates and requirements within your organization. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or new to the industry it's always a good idea to exchange ideas on the basic techniques for data gathering and conducting simple assessments. Be prepared for your next BIA by including events throughout the year which may change your priorities and be better equipped to contribute to your organization's resilience efforts.
