What could possibly go wrong?

Well, as it turns out, plenty! In this dynamic session, Dr. Steve Goldman will begin with a brief introduction to the art and science of crisis communications, including why this topic is so important for Business Resiliency Managers. Then he will examine several crisis communications responses – good, bad, and ugly. He will describe the causes, consequences, and lessons learned from the responses. Several videos will be shown. Dr. Steve concludes with observations on improving your crisis communications efforts, so your organization does not become an ugly case study in the media and in his future presentations.
