Join Southeast Wisconsin Homeland Security Partnership for an interactive workshop led by Melissa Waller of Pre-Emergency Planning focused on organizational communication and coordination during a cyber incident. Using real-world case studies and facilitated breakout discussions, we’ll explore how organizations have navigated incidents from initial response through recovery—and what others can learn from their experiences.
Participants will examine internal and external communication challenges, identify potential gaps in their own organization’s readiness, and consider the coordination, continuity, and recovery actions that may be needed when systems go down or normal operations are disrupted.
